Thank you Francine. Wishing you and Steve a love-filled Thanksgiving. We presence gratitude for each and every miraculous moment of life! And gratitude for your precious friendship. :)
bread pudding sounds amazing. What if I substituted cornbread for the bread, apples for the squash, pumpkin for the eggs, almond milk for the........ Oh dear....... But love it anyway, just getting to read it made me happy.
Haha! Sounds like a yummy “bread” pudding of its own! Actually all joking aside, that’s the cool thing about bread puddings - you can kinda make up your own version using almost anything. One of our favs from the Bistro was to take all the day old croissants (and chocolate croissants) and freeze them. When you gather enough, you cut ‘em up and make a sweet, delectable dessert bread pudding with them. Throw in some extra chocolate chips and bananas and it’s especially good! And for those with gluten sensitivity, use one of those fabulous GF breads that are out there. Anyway - the best part is the being happy part! :)
Yummy and beautiful...Like always...
